A phone launch just isn't complete without accessories. Samsung paraded several for its new Galaxy Note 7 phone. This new, Samsung-made Note 7 case flips into a stand. Here it is from all sorts of angles and in multiple colors. Two cases add either a large telephoto or wide-angle lens. Third-party casemakers will expand Samsung's Note 7 lineup. If a keyboard makes your life complete, this case automatically shrinks the size of your screen while you tap away on those keys. A charging brick supports the USB-C connector, just like the Note 7.

The $99 Samsung Gear VR has recieved a slight update. The headset is all black (including on the inside), rather than the white-and-black Panda-pattern of previous designs. It connects to the Galaxy Note 7 through USB-C.. The viewing angle has been expanded from 96 degrees to 101 degrees for a more immersive experience and reduced tunnel vision (honestly, I couldn't tell the difference in the demo). ..But don't worry. There's a Micro USB dongle in the box to work with the Galaxy S7 and older devices.
The padding around the eyes has also been beefed up to make the headset more comfortable, There's a second USB-C port at the top of the device, Samsung teased that this is for "future accessories", The touchpad on the side is now flat, not recessed like before, There's also an Oculus Home button to quickly bring you back to the Oculus home screen (previously you had to long press the back iphone screen protector ee button), Here's a view of the front of the device, It takes only a couple of seconds to connect the phone and begin experiencing VR..
